We know every coaching journey brings its own questions. Below, you’ll find answers to the questions we hear most often about DeepWire’s approach, programs, and partnership process. If there’s anything we haven’t covered, just reach out—we’re here as your ally every step of the way.
Coaching is for you if you feel stuck, misaligned, emotionally drained, or unsure of your next move—and want space to think clearly, feel supported, and move forward with intention. If you’re ready to explore what’s next (even if you’re scared or unsure), you’re in the right place.
Not at all. Many of my clients come in with questions, not answers. We’ll start by clarifying what matters to you—emotionally, practically, and professionally—then shape the right next steps from there.
Each program is designed for a different phase of the journey:
If you’re not sure which fits, I’ll help you choose after a clarity call.
Sessions are calm, focused, and collaborative. Each session follows a clear rhythm (Grounding → Awareness → Choice → Action) so you always feel supported, focused, and moving forward.
While there’s space to bring whatever is present for you that day, each program also has its own structure: milestones, themes, and tools designed to guide your progress over time. We combine emotional depth with practical momentum. This means you get both: room to explore what matters most in the moment, and a structured path that leads to insight, clarity, and real results.
No. As your coach, my role is to guide the process—not prescribe a path. I’ll ask thought-provoking questions, offer science-backed tools, and reflect what I hear to help you reconnect with your own clarity and confidence.
That said, if you ever need more direct input in an area where I have expertise—such as career transitions, fundraising, or business strategy—we can adjust our agreement to include a consulting or mentoring session. Coaching always comes first, but I’m happy to wear another hat when it genuinely serves your goals.
I combine emotional depth with strategic structure. My work is trauma-sensitive and neuroscience-informed—but never overwhelming or academic. You’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, make grounded decisions, and take aligned action—without bypassing what matters most.
Some clients come for a short program (e.g., 4–6 sessions); others stay for a longer journey. You can start small and expand if it feels right. After your initial program, I offer post- program integration support and check-ins.
Yes. I offer standalone sessions for returning clients or new clients with a specific focus. These are best for when you need perspective, a decision-making partner, or emotional support during a pivotal moment.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a short pre-call form. This helps us make the most of your time. During the call, we’ll explore where you’re at, what support you need, and whether it’s a good match to work together. No pressure—just real conversation.
No. Coaching focuses on the present and the future. While I use trauma-aware and emotionally attuned methods, I don’t treat or diagnose mental health conditions. If deeper healing is needed, I may gently suggest working with a therapist alongside coaching.
Yes, always. I’m a member of the Association for Coaching (AC) and have completed AC- accredited coach training. I follow professional standards of confidentiality, integrity, and GDPR compliance. Your trust and privacy are central to how I work.
All sessions are held online (via Zoom or similar). You’ll get the flexibility to choose times that suit your rhythm, no matter where you are in the world.
Yes. Each program has a clear price and duration, and I offer payment plans for most of them. You’ll receive full details before committing—no surprises.
You can reschedule any session with 24h notice. Coaching is a commitment—and meaningful results take time—but I also want you to feel safe and supported.
If, after the first two sessions, you feel it’s not the right fit, let’s talk. I’ll refund any unused sessions, no hard feelings. After that point, your program is non-refundable, but always adaptable if life shifts.
